Each NPCRS center provides voluntary, unlocked psychiatric care with around-the-clock support. Four centers offer Crisis Residential treatment, two support longer-term recovery through MHRC programs, and affiliated medical-psychiatric programs serve clients with more complex needs.

Clients may arrive by family, taxi, hospital-approved transport, or — when arranged in advance — by our team. Hospital discharges should go directly from the facility to the program unless otherwise approved. Long-term parking is not available.

During the stay
Family visits are by appointment: up to 2 visitors at a time. NPCRS centers allow visits 5 days a week, and affiliated programs 7 days a week. Exact times are confirmed before admission. Phones, laptops, free Wi-Fi, and bedside outlets are available.

After discharge
